On the afternoon of April 7th, the Layer1 & Layer2 themed forum was held at the main stage of the 2024 Hong Kong Web3 Festival. The forum focused on the Layer1 & Layer2 ecosystem, technological development trends, application scenarios, and global Web3 investment trends, sparking lively discussions.

During the event, Eli Ben Sasson, CEO and partner of StarkWare; Sandeep Nailwal, co-founder of Polygon; Smokey, co-founder of Berachain; Sam Seo, representative director of Klaytn Foundation; Patrick Mccorry, a researcher at Arbitrum Foundation; and Sreeram Kannan, CEO of EigenLabs all delivered insightful keynote speeches.
